Customers agreed to abide to the following terms and conditions upon signing up:

CUSTOMER TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. THE VOUCHER PURCHASE

• • Each voucher is priced as displayed on the platform. No SST is charged at this time.
• • Upon successful payment, the customer will receive a digital voucher that can be redeemed at participating merchants.

2. MERCHANT REDEMPTION

• • The voucher entitles the holder to the specific reward (e.g., free drink/discount) stated at the time of purchase.
• • Vouchers must be used before the expiry date listed.
• • Redemption is subject to the merchant’s operating hours and availability.

3. PROMOTIONAL REWARD PROGRAMME

• • VoucherBless operates a separate merchant marketing and promotional reward programme (“Programme”). Participation in the Programme is a distinct benefit offered by VoucherBless as part of its marketing activities and is not the primary purpose of the voucher purchase.
• • The primary purpose of each voucher purchase is to obtain a redeemable commercial benefit at the participating merchant. The Programme is offered additionally as a promotional feature.
• • Customers holding an active, unredeemed voucher may opt to submit that voucher for participation in a specific Programme campaign displayed on the VoucherBless platform.
• • There is no limit to the number of vouchers a customer may submit to the Programme, subject to campaign-specific rules.
• • Vouchers submitted into the Programme remain valid and can still be redeemed for their merchant benefit during and after the campaign period.
• • Customers may also participate in the Programme at no cost by requesting a complimentary participation via the “Free Voucher” mechanism displayed on the platform, subject to availability.

4. CAMPAIGN TRIGGER AND FULFILMENT

• • Each Programme campaign specifies a target number of participants. The promotional reward for that campaign will only be fulfilled once the required participation threshold is reached.
• • If the target participation threshold is not met within the Campaign Period, the Organizer reserves the right to:

• a) Extend the Campaign Period until the threshold is reached; or
• b) Re-assign the participation to a different campaign of equivalent value.

5. REWARD SELECTION AND ANNOUNCEMENT

• • Upon reaching the participation threshold, a countdown period of not less than twenty-four (24) hours shall commence. At the expiry of the countdown, the reward recipient shall be selected at 20:35 (8:35 PM) on the scheduled campaign date.
• • The scheduled campaign date and countdown timer will be displayed on the VoucherBless platform. The process — including trigger, countdown, selection, and results — will be transparently displayed on the platform.
• • Following selection, results may also be published through VoucherBless’s official social media channels and other communication platforms for announcement and promotional purposes.
• • VoucherBless reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or modify the campaign date and time due to operational, technical, or unforeseen circumstances. Any such changes will be communicated through the platform and/or official social media channels.

6. REWARD COLLECTION

• • Winners must provide valid identification (IC/Passport) to claim their gift.
• • Gifts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• • Winners agree to be featured in promotional photos/videos for marketing purposes.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• • The Organizer is not responsible for the quality of products/services provided by the merchants.
• • The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be using fraudulent methods to enter.
